Refunds on VCV Purchases

The following refund policy applies to any payments made to VC Venta.

Club KitClub kit may be returned for a refund or like-for-like exchange within 90 days of receipt, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.

The item of kit must be returned in its original packaging, unwashed, unworn and in a saleable condition.

Club kit refund queries should be addressed to clubkit@vcventa.co.uk and returned to Club Kit Manager, 21 Andover Road North, Winchester SO22 6NW.

Please ensure the returned item is well packaged and protected from damage in transit with clear identification of sender and reason for return.

Gifted Club kit can only be refunded by the original purchaser.
All other Club payments
(for example Club social events)
Can only be refunded at the discretion of the Club Treasurer.

FAULTY GOODS

The Club purchases its Club kit from a quality supplier, Kalas. From time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your item of kit has suffered a manufacturing fault, please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty. Returned items that have been worn should be laundered before return. Receipt of unwashed items may result in the item being returned to sender.
