Go-Ride is British Cycling’s development programme for young people and provides a fun and safe way to introduce young riders, aged 6 to 16 years, to the world of cycle sport. It looks to develop basic, intermediate and advanced bike handling skills. This involves games, skills, drills, group riding, race games and simulations.
For this series we will be running four groups:
- Group 1 - Introduction to Go-Ride and cycling basics
- Group 2 - Development of skills and introduction to basic group riding
- Group 3 - Development of group riding
- Group 4 - Confident, faster group riding
The Autumn series of Go-Ride will commence on Sunday 4th September 2022, running for 6 consecutive weeks, from 4 till 5 pm.
